1. Compliance Status

As a private organizer, we are not legally required to comply with BITV 2.0. We have nonetheless voluntarily chosen to align this website with the Barrierefreie-IT-Verordnung (BITV) 2.0 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA.

According to our self-assessment, this website meets the requirements of BITV 2.0 and WCAG 2.2 AA. The website itself is fully accessible. The known barriers listed below concern only PDF documents and external third-party content that are outside our direct control.

This website includes the following accessible features:

3. Known Barriers

We strive to make all content accessible. The following areas may still have barriers:

  • PDF Documents: Older PDF documents (e.g., terms and conditions) may not have complete tags for screen readers. We are working to update these.
  • Third-Party Content: Content from third parties (e.g., Cloudflare) is outside our direct control but meets basic accessibility standards.

Mister Rubber Berlin is operated by a private individual and is not a public body. The provisions applicable to public bodies – including the enforcement procedure via the Conciliation Body under the German Disability Equality Act (BGG) – therefore do not apply.
